How could you not revel in the glory of this purple cauliflower? I was so excited to have an opportunity to be so creative this round. With Satsuma tangerines, carrots, romaine lettuce, kale, beets, bok choy, spinach, celery and purple cauliflower, avocado, along with some goodies from the farmer’s market, including Meyer lemons, baby artichokes, Japanese yams, butternut squash, and jalapenos, I prepared:
